Rated 4 out of 5 by SkaraBrae Good for what it's designed for We use it to lift heavy woodworking tools into vehicles. Several things to keep in mind: * As stated in the description, the pallets need to be open on the bottom. The lift mechanism geometry doesn't allow for double sided (top and bottom) pallets. You need to slide them off their double-sided pallet to be able to elevate them. * At a certain point during the elevation, two metal feet will make contact with the ground and act as a brake. * The lift mechanism starts gets slower the higher the load gets meaning it can take 1-2 minutes to elevate completely. * You'll still need another standard pallet jack for moving the majority of pallets. * It's money well spent if you're concerned about the health of your or your employees backs. It's cheaper than a workman's comp claim. February 16, 2016
