Licence to operate a Forklift Truck

This is a personal short course and therefore requires full payment at the time of enrolment, prior to the scheduled commencement date.

Upon successful completion participants will be provided with a Statement of Attainment Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck TLILIC2001A.

Participants will require 2 x passport photos for their application to Worksafe for their nationally recognised photo ID licence and will be required to pay an additional fee of $84.00. The Licence is currently valid for a period of 5 years.

How to enrol online
New & Existing Students
Once you have found the course you wish to enrol into click on the Enrol Online button.
Click in the select box, then 'Next Step.'

New students
Enter personal details.
Complete the following pages and then select 'Next Step.'
Once you have reached the payment screen click pay online and enter your credit card details.
Remember to print or save your receipt for your reference.

Existing students
Select Login Now on the left side of the screen.
Enter your username - this is your 7 digit student ID number with the number, 13 added to the front. eg 131312110.
Enter your password - this is your date of birth (ddmmyyyy).
Complete the following pages and then select next step.
Once you have reached the payment screen, click pay on-line and enter your credit card details,
Remember to print or save your receipt for your reference.

In person enrolments
At one of our Customer Service Centres, Armadale, Balga, Bentley, Carlisle, Midland or Thornlie.

Refund policy
Students are entitled to a full refund of fees where a courses is cancelled or rescheduled to a time or location unsuitable to the student. A student withdraws prior to the commencement due to a serious illness, injury or disability that prevents the student from attending the course (medical certificate is required). After the start of classes a pro-rata refund of fees may be considered for serious medical reasons ONLY (medical certificate required). There are no other grounds for a refund.
