Tracy came to work with Richard Davis 6 years ago with over 20 years of experience in the construction related industry. As a past business owner and present officer, she understood the advantages and benefits of the Stehr line of equipment when first brought into the United States. She has worked very closely with Richard in the development of Mountain Valley Equipment and currently acts as CFO and vice president. Tracy strives to assure a smooth transition of paperwork that must accompany each and every transaction. Her timely attention to detail is highly recognized in the customer satisfaction received in our day to day operations.

Richard Davis - President
Richard Davis grew up in the construction world, having 35+ years experience in various types of construction. Richard is always looking for ways to do things better and faster, and is always on the cutting edge of the industry. This drive is what led him to Stehr. While searching for a way to mill around manholes, he discovered the Stehr manhole cutter. After purchasing the first cutter to be sold in the United States, he incorporated several other products to come up with a revolutionary way to adjust manhole and water valves and has a patent pending on his methodology. It is his own personal experiences and confidence in Stehr’s products that determined him to become the distributor for the United States and Canada.
